CES 2025: From Acer, Asus and Cherry to LG and Xbox

The CES in Las Vegas is a must-attend event for PC and gaming peripheral manufacturers to showcase their latest products and innovations. There were also numerous exciting new products in 2025, including handhelds, laptops, gaming accessories and interesting collaborations.

Acer presented two new handheld consoles in Las Vegas: the Nitro Blaze 8 and the Nitro Blaze 11. These were complemented by the new Nitro V series of gaming notebooks, which are designed specifically for beginners. Acer also brought two new graphics cards based on Intel Arc , which are in the mid-range.

Asus also used CES 2025 to unveil an impressive portfolio of high-end gaming products under the well-known Republic of Gamers (ROG) brand. These included the ultra-thin ROG Zephyrus G14 and G16 gaming laptops, the ROG Flow Z13 gaming tablet, and the ROG XG Mobile 2025 Edition external graphics card.

HP introduced new products for its gaming brands Omen and HyperX . These included the Omen Max 16 laptop, the Omen 32x Smart monitor and the HyperX Pulsfire Saga mouse. Particularly interesting was the presentation of Omen AI , an AI-powered performance optimization tool. It enables personalized settings for an improved gaming experience with just one click.

The specialist Cherry was also represented and showed new products in a more specialized niche. In addition to new office keyboards, the company also presented gaming products from the Cherry Xtrfy series, including two mouse pads and a headset.

An exciting collaboration has been announced by LG and Microsoft . Thanks to this partnership, the number of games available on certain LG Smart TVs will increase significantly. Games can be loaded directly onto the TV via the new LG Gaming Portal . The Xbox app will also be available via the portal, which, when combined with a Game Pass Ultimate , will provide access to hundreds of games.

CES 2025 showed once again that the gaming industry continues to grow and manufacturers are presenting innovations in increasingly diverse ways to appeal to a broad audience.
